Return Policy
1. Individual Clients
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 business days .
Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account used for the original payment.
If your purchase was made with payment in installments (via PayPal or Klarna ), your payment schedule will be canceled and your first payment will be fully refunded .
A bank account statement (RIB) in the name of the customer who was charged is required for any refund.
Refunds to bank accounts in a name different from that of the customer who was billed or debited are not permitted .
2. Business Clients
Business customers are not eligible for the « Money Back Guarantee » unless the following three legal conditions are met:
✅The sales contract was concluded off-premises
✅The purchased product does not fall within the company’s main business activities.
✅The company has fewer than five employees
If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
However, professionals are eligible for:
✅After -sales service (ASS) for repairs during the one-year warranty period
✅A credit note (valid for 1 year ) if the product is new, unopened and in perfect condition
A business purchase is recognized when it is made with a company credit card or a bank transfer from a business account .
3. On-site Orders
On-site purchases are not permitted .
Our offices do not receive clients and are not open to the public .
All orders must be placed exclusively online via our e-commerce platform .
